MLGP was founded in June 2009 with a desire to build a construction company centered around partnerships. Mike believes that everyone benefits when exceptional standards are applied with those who have the will and skill to stand behind their work.

Together, with his son, Dick Gray - who joined the ownership group in 2018 and became President of the Company in 2023 - the vision has clarified and strengthened.

MLGP has grown to include general construction, site development and design/build services.
